ZHANG YUE – THE MAN WHO BUILT A 57-STOREY BUILDING IN 19 DAYS

Kuala Lumpur – Zhang Yue, the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Broad Group China will be speaking at the International Construction Transformation Conference 2018 (ICTC 2018). Zhang Yue is also in the Forbes list of Billionaires from China. Zhang Yue will have two speaking slots, one on “Technology and Innovation, the Key to BROAD Sustainable Buildings” and second on “Reinventing the World’s Building Materials”.

 

Organised by the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) Malaysia, the inaugural ICTC will run from the 26 to 27 March 2018, in conjunction with the International Construction Week 2018 (ICW 2018). The ICTC will be held at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC) and expected to attract more than 1000 participants.

 

The ICTC, which carries the theme Achieving Peak Productivity through Technology and Innovation, features 25 world-class speakers on various topics related to technology and innovation in construction.

 

Among the distinguished international speakers are Rajat Agarwal, Associate Partner & Co-Leader, McKinsey Capital Productivity Southeast Asia, Jordan Cram, the Chief Executive Officer of Enstoa USA, Danielle Dy Buncio, Founder and President of VIATechnik USA, Richard Kuppusamy Regional Digital Integration Manager Leadlease, Dr Toong Khuan Chan, University of Melbourne Australia and Prof. Dr Shah Kwok Wei from the University of Singapore.

 

Participants of the ICTC 2018 will be entitled to 25 CCD points from CIDB, 6 CPD points from the Board of Architects Malaysia, 8 CPD points from the Board of Quantity Surveyors Malaysia and 12 CPD points from the Board of Engineers Malaysia.
